It is mixed media (oil, acrylic, and acrylic pen) protected by transparent glossy varnish. It called `Lost Time in the Space of our Lives’ and it shows that even though the time which we have in this world is extremely limited we are still wasting the majority of it. The lost time cannot be replaced, bought or to be won. Also, as contrast I used three primary colours to emphasised life as those colours are the foundation for all colours and everything we can see against the black, which means dead end, emptiness, waste to nothing.
Through my work, I often experiment with different artistic styles, techniques and mediums. The main source of inspiration is taken from my own surroundings from which I try to emphasize and provide a visual representation and discovering the connection between human beings and nature`s visible and invisible powers and forces. The characteristic features of my artwork are a use of vibrant vivid colours and creating repetitive patterns of textures and shapes. By adding extra texture to the main surface of the canvas or paper I try to bring the artwork closer to the viewer and create a visual space, where artwork and the audience can merge.
