  • Shipping

     Order processing time is 1-5 working days.

     

     

     

    Shipping to the UK takes between 1-2 weeks, however it may take longer depending on the courier. If it's been 3 week since your order and it has not arrived, please contact us at info@tebbsgallery.com.

     

     

     

    Shipping internationally takes between 1-4 weeks depending on location and courier.

  • Multiples of The Same Item

      If you are looking to buy more than 2 of a certain product, please contact info@tebbsgallery.com to see if it will fall in the same shipping timeline. As we don't always stock more than 2 of each item, there may be extra time to the shipping as we will need to get them directly from our suppliers.

     

     

     

    If you are looking to by bulk amounts, please do contact us as you may be eligible for discounts, as well as making sure we can get the stock you are looking for.

  • Dangerous Items

      If an item is classed as a dangerous shipment, such as aerosols or liquids, and you live outside of the UK, please check that your country allows the importing before purchase. If in doubt, please contact info@tebbsgallery.com

  • Anti-Money Laundering

      To help prevent money laundering, if your order is more than £5000 within 30 days, whether in a single purchase or multiple purchases, we may ask for proof of identity and address before processing the order. This would be done via our email info@tebbsgallery.com, and all communication will be protected by the Data Protection Act. Any. questions on this, please do get in contact.

  • Delivery Costs

     For UK deliveries:

     

    art materials, sculptures, artwork is  £4.99, or free when spending £25+

    Books and Project pack are free delivery 

    Decoupage items are £2.99, or free when spending £25+

     

     

    For international al deliveries:

     

    art materials, sculptures, artwork is  £20

    Books and Project pack are £2.99

    Decoupage items are £2.99, or free when spending £25+

  • Picture Variences
