Avoid hanging your artwork or displaying your sculpture in direct sunlight, above a working fireplace, or in a damp or humid area.

When cleaning, never use water or commercial cleaners - always use your high-quality, lint-free microfiber cloth dry, and handle the artwork with extreme care to avoid creating fingerprints, dents or creases. This is especially important for artworks without glazed fronts.

Lighting which washes the walls of a room displays all paintings without damaging them with ultraviolet rays or direct heat from sunlight. Energy-saving bulbs or yellow light bulbs don't capture artworks to their full beauty.

Sculpture should always be lit from eye level or above, never from below as while this may create momentary drama it will not do the work justice.

UK and International delivery is usually within 2-4 weeks- but could come earlier! We do free shipping on all UK orders! We throw in free tracking with orders over £200! On International orders we charge £50 delivery with free tracking on every order.

If purchasing for a specific date, please let the gallery know in advance so we can try to accommodate your needs.

All Artwork and Sculptures that are showing as 'available' are either here in the gallery or are with the Artist or Publishing Company.

Artwork and Sculptures that are here in the gallery, we aim to ship them out within 3-7 working days. Artwork that is with the Publisher or Artist, that needs framing or is bespoke will come with a small lead time and we will email you with this information. Once items are ready for shipment, you will receive an email with all of the information.

We always want you to be delighted with your artwork. If you have changed your mind and wish to return it to us you have 14 days from the point of delivery to contact us to organise a return. We do not charge for online returns. 

We offer store credit if the artwork is returned within 14 days after we confirm the return in the same condition it was sent in unless otherwise agreed with the gallery.

If you have lost the original packaging, please ensure that the item is securely packaged. Items which have not been packaged appropriately and have been damaged in transit may not be eligible to be refunded.

If your order has arrived damaged, please retain all original packaging and notify us immediately of this so that we can arrange reframing, a replacement or a refund depending on your wishes.

Store credit or refunds are managed centrally and should be processed within 14 days of the receipt of a returned item.

All artworks will come with a full Certificate of Authenticity. Some artists and publishers will have their own COA that comes with the artwork, or alternatively, we will send you our Tebbs Gallery COA.
